Unless otherwise stated, all our cartomizers and starter kits are blank and need to be filled with e-liquid before use

*Do note that the there are still airholes on the side of the battery, these sealed batteries can handle minor leakage, major leakage will still flood and destroy your battery, it is recommended to remove your carto from the battery when filling it to prevent any major leakage from overfilling your carto from flooding and destroying your batteries
